Debbie did an amazing job helping us selling our rental home. We typically work with another realtor, so my husband was a little nervous going with someone new, but he agreed to put it in her hands. We met with Debra regarding the purchase of a beach house in Ocean View as well as the sale of the father's house in Newark. Debra was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She walked us through the process and the steps needed to make both items happen. She recommended local contractors to assist us with several spruce up projects she felt would be needed to increase the value of my dad's home. She educated us on the values of both the homes in Newark and Ocean View to make sure that both were what we expected financially. We had never sold a house and we wanted to sell our mom’s house quickly because she went into a nursing home. Debbie met with us the next day for a walkthrough and to explain the process. She already had comps pulled! Debbie told us what we should focus on changing for a quick sale. The changes were only about $3k and she had trusted vendors to refer us to and helped us negotiate the price. The house went on the market and she did 50 showings over two days/open houses.
